Sunumun özeti şöyle:
'I have been traveling for a year writing every day, accumulating thoughts, words, images about, on and of architecture. After thirty years of teaching this year has been a catharsis, an opportunity to reorganise my biases, reconsider prejudices and reassess positions taken in the past. It has also been an opportunity to renew relationships with architectural ideas that have been lost, or at least temporarily forgotten.
I would like to use the occasion of my seminar as an opportunity to think about loss, and what happens ‘every time we say goodbye’…to people and places…what is gained, and what is lost, forever.'
